RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Only items that have been purchased from this website (Ambozeli.com) can be returned according to the following policy.

Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping) or for an exchange. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date, and MUST be in saleable condition and in its original packaging with tags attached. Any returns received after 30 day period, must be an exchange or store credit only.

Returns Exceptions: NO returns will be accepted on Fragrance & Beauty Products.

FREE!! PRE-PAID RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Ambozeli.com will provide pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label with most shipments. To return or exchange your merchandise, please fill out the return & exchange form on your packing list and place it in your securely sealed shipping container. Remember to save a copy of your order number to track your return. Simply place the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label to your shipping container and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the pre-paid label is FREE! Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. This service is available to those located within the 50 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes) and who will be shipping return item(s) back to us via USPS within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. Please allow 1– 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

If you've requested an exchange, we will email you when your new order has been processed. Your new order will ship using our Standard ship method. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.  A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. Refunds will be credited for the purchased price along with any applicable taxes. (Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping charges after the fact). It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.  

FREE RETURN PICK-UPS

When using your pre-paid shipping label to make a return, the United States Postal Service will provide a free carrier pick-up. If you wish to schedule a free carrier pick up for your return, simply affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to your package and schedule a pickup for the next delivery day. Your postal carrier will pick-up your package(s) when you regular mail is delivered.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

• Packages must be ready for shipment before your carrier arrives. Maximum weight per      package is 35 lbs.
• A return address MUST be included on all return items. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed. For information on shipping address to return your merchandise, please contact Customer support. This address is not a retail location; all returns must be shipped. No drop-offs please!!
