SHIPPING POLICY

The availability of a product is noted on the Product Detail page as“In Stock.”In-stock items are ready to be shipped within a 1-2 days of ordering. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Order/s will be shipped Standard Service (United States Postal Service/USPS carrier) unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ambozeli.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Shipping costs are determined by your pre-tax order total. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Please Note: These rates are ONLY applicable for orders shipped to location within the 50 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes). Please contact Customer Service for merchandise shipped outside US territories.

Please note: Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

The times listed above estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery.

Other different carriers UPS (United Parcel Service) and FedEx are available for shipping options. Please contact customer Service for shipping cost with these alternative carriers, and the most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping time frame and destination for your package.
